I founded AKL Clinics because I believed nurse-led aesthetics could feel different, less transactional, more considered. Five years on, the clients who came to me at the beginning are still here, and most new clients arrive because someone they trust sent them my way.
That kind of word-of-mouth means more to me than any metric. It tells me the work and the relationship are right.

Every recommendation I make is based on what I actually see, your anatomy, your skin, your history, not what's trending or what's most in demand. There is no standard treatment plan. There is only yours.
Sometimes the most sensible advice is to wait. Sometimes one small change is all that's needed. I will always tell you that honestly, because the long-term result matters more than the appointment.
Most of my clients have been with me for years. Some have brought their friends, their sisters, their mums. Quite a few feel less like clients and more like people I genuinely look forward to seeing. That's not something I take lightly, it's built on trust, consistency and always doing right by the person in front of me.
